MYRTLE BEACH, S.C., March 24, 2021–Despite a competitive market in today’s real estate industry on the Grand Strand, Paige Bird, a real estate agent at RE/MAX Southern Shores, continues to dominate in home sales.
Bird’s latest accomplishments of 2020 are being ranked No. 1 in total transactions at 119 and No. 1 in total residential sales at $29 million. Topping the rankings isn’t new to Bird, who is a nine-time No. 1 Residential RE/MAX Agent in South Carolina in 2010 and 2011, and from 2014-2020. During those seven consecutive years, she maintained 934 sales transactions and $203 million in gross sales.
She was also the No. 55 RE/MAX Agent in the U.S. in 2018, a RE/MAX Diamond Club Recipient in 2016 and 2018, a RE/MAX Chairman’s and Titan Club Award Recipient in 2010, 2011, 2014, 2015, 2017, 2019 and 2020, and a RE/MAX Hall of Fame and Lifetime Achievement Recipient in 2012.
